"During his time as 2nd Officer he was responsible for checking of LSA & FFE equipment, passage planning and bridge maintenance, log keeping, leading the deck team with regards to all exterior operations and other regular duties associated with this role.
Upon his promotion to Chief Officer he took on responsibilities such as but not exclusive to overseeing exterior, interior, galley and engineering departments on my behalf - crew scheduling for watches, training & drills - handling ship certificates and logbooks - preparations for Class, Flag and Port State inspections - coordinating all aspects of our charter 'day of' operations such as beach setups, water sports, tender operations, shore side excursions and continuous managing of guests' well-being. The same was done for Owners' trips and his interaction with the family was always that of a professional crewman.
Kyle is a great personality to have around and is caring of his work, crew and vessel. He was always ready to listen to my guidance and also share his knowledge with fellow crew members. I would rehire him again in the future and would recommend him as an addition to any team."
